The terms of purchase and use of NotiBox. This English version is provided for reference; the binding Polish version lives at /warunki.

Short version
You buy a NotiBox. It's yours. 14 days to return it, no reason needed. 24-month hardware warranty, 12 months of support included. If something goes wrong — get in touch, we'll help.

§1 Parties

Seller: NotiBox, a company registered in Poland. Buyer: the individual or business placing an order at notibox.ai.

§2 Subject of the agreement

The NotiBox device, containing: NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano 8GB, 500GB NVMe SSD with NotiBox OS, 65W power supply, Cat6 2m Ethernet cable, and a guide.

§3 Prices and payment

  • Pre-order (until June 2026): 3779 PLN gross.
  • Regular price after launch: 4199 PLN gross.
  • Optional subscription from year 2: 49 PLN/month gross.
  • Payment: Stripe (card, BLIK, Przelewy24). VAT invoice within 7 days.

§4 Shipping

First batch: June 2026. In case of delays — 30 days' notice, with the option to withdraw free of charge. Shipping: InPost locker 19 PLN, DPD courier 25 PLN, EU from 39 PLN.

§5 Right of withdrawal

A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 dayswithout giving a reason. Return: email plus shipping the device in its original packaging at the Buyer's cost. Refund within 14 days of receiving the device. To be clear — if you don't like NotiBox, we refund 100%, no questions.

§6 Warranty

  • Hardware: 24-month manufacturer warranty.
  • OS software: 12 months of support included (OTA updates + support tickets).
  • From year 2: subscription 49 PLN/month (optional) or a one-off repair for 99 PLN.
  • Mechanical damage, liquid damage, opened case after 24 months: outside warranty.

§7 Liability

The Seller is not liable for: the content of the Buyer's conversations with any AI model, API costs (BYOK), data lost due to lack of backups, or SSD wear after normal use (on average 5–7 years).

§8 Disputes

We resolve disputes amicably first (via the support page). Failing agreement — the competent common court under Polish law.

§9 Third-party service integration (Google)

NotiBox allows an optionalconnection to the Buyer's Google account (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Sheets, Docs) so the assistant can act on the Buyer's data.

  • Optional. Connecting a Google account is not required to use the device. The Buyer enables it themselves and can disconnect at any time — in the device panel (/integracje) and in Google account settings.
  • Scope of access.The Buyer authorizes specific scopes on Google's consent screen. The detailed list of scopes and their purposes, and the processing rules (including compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Limited Use requirements), are described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Third-party services.Use of Gmail, Drive and other Google services is subject to Google's own terms and policies. The Seller is not responsible for the availability, changes, or operation of Google APIs.
  • Responsibility.The assistant acts on Google data on the Buyer's instruction (creating, sending, editing and organizing content). The Buyer is responsible for the consequences of instructions given to the assistant. The Seller is not liable for content produced by the AI model or for actions performed on the Buyer's explicit instruction.

§10 Changes to the terms

These terms may change. Current version: 1.0 of 12 April 2026. New customers receive the version current on the day of purchase.
